**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Production Meters**: Sign off on production meters (Certificates) monthly.
- **Cost Reporting**: Prepare and coordinate monthly cost reports.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage inventory, review GRN/GRV, perform stock counts, and conduct spot checks.
- **Procurement**: Create and follow up on standard requisitions and open orders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Matric Certificate
- Diploma in Finance
- **Experience**:

- Matric with at least 5 years of experience
- Diploma with at least 2 years of experience

**Reporting Structure**:

- **Reports to**: Cost and Project Accountant
- **Direct Reports**: 1 Site Administrator
- **Reports to (Indirectly)**: Chief Financial Manager

**Collaboration**:

- **Internal Stakeholders**: Site Managers, Financial & Commercial Manager, Managing Director
- **External Stakeholders**: Suppliers, Interested & Affected Parties
