Visibility Planner

**Company Description**:
This unique role sometimes goes by **Demand & Supply Planner for Point-of-Sale Material** in other companies and, at Red Bull, is housed in our Demand Planning team.

Your role will involve planning, ordering, importing, storing, and distributing all Red Bull visibility products in alignment with global purchasing processes and strategies, while supporting all domestic event requirements. You will assist in forecasting budget requirements, analyzing and reporting on the financial impact of demand, and providing feedback to key stakeholders on the best ways forward.

You will need to reconcile all systems on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy across SAP and 3PL systems. You will manage the entire lifecycle of all Visit/POSM products, particularly coolers, ensuring that orders, placements, repairs, and maintenance are completed on time, in full, and within budget. You will be responsible for maintaining all Visit master data and standard costing.

Additionally, you will own, drive, and improve the entire Visit S&OP process, ensuring it is collaborative and robust. This role will also support the finished goods supply chain when needed and drive all co-packing requirements.

**Demand Planning**

Manage the VISIT Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process: Oversee the S&OP process and meetings for VISIT/POS items.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with On Prem, Off Prem, and Marketing teams to understand both sales and event demand plans. Challenge assumptions and conduct root cause analyses to understand previous forecast errors, highlight inconsistencies, and provide corrective guidance.
Create a Robust Planning Function: Develop and implement a strong planning function to support continuous business improvement.
Support Forecasting Targets: Aid in achieving and reporting on forecasting targets.
Challenge and Coach Stakeholders: Provide the most accurate and correct information to challenge and coach internal stakeholders effectively.

**Supply Planning**

Manage Master Data and Pricing: Oversee master data, pricing files, and APO settings for VISIT (Visibility Items).
Monthly Planning Process: Conduct monthly planning by reviewing placement plans, event schedules, general department movements, current stock on hand (SOH), and slow-moving inventory.
Order Management: Check and release orders within SAP against current forecasts on a weekly basis.
Goods in Transit (GIT): Track goods in transit, report delays, and expedite as necessary.
Reporting: Provide key stakeholders with reports on incoming goods and stock on hand.
Stock Receipting: Receipt inwards stock of VISIT materials into SAP and report on any price differences.
Inventory Management: Ensure inventory levels at each warehouse are maintained according to calculated safety stock levels and key event requirements.
Stock Reconciliation: Prepare and perform monthly stock reconciliation for VISIT items, ensuring stock alignment.
Forecast Analysis: Send analysis reports comparing current forecasts to actuals and implement necessary corrections.
APO Planning System Updates: Update APO planning systems with any changes on a monthly basis.
New SKU Setup: Set up new SKUs with lead times, lot sizes, and COGS information.

**VISIT Asset Register Management**

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of coolers, implementing preventative maintenance measures, and accurate reporting
Asset Verification and Tracking: Manage processes for asset verification and tracking.
Brand Image and Processes: Provide a framework to uphold brand image, processes, training, and national communication.

**Support and Continuous Improvement**

JIT Models Implementation: Identify Just-In-Time (JIT) models and implement and manage this supply process through continuous improvement projects.
Customer Service Assistance: Provide support to the Customer Service team in logistics when required.
Operations Support: Assist in achieving the objectives of the Operations department.
Stand-In Support: Stand in for finished goods and support the Demand & Supply Planning Manager as needed.
Local Co-Packing Requirements: Drive all local co-packing requirements internally, from inception to implementation.
Continuous Improvement: Strive for excellence in all tasks, projects, and communications, moving from good to great.

**Qualifications**:
Business or Supply Chain related qualification in preferably Finance or Supply Chain (E.g. BCom, BTech, BSC).

Relationship Development: Ability to develop relationships with other areas of the business, particularly the Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Experience: Demonstrated 3+ years of experience working in Demand & Supply Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Marketing activities.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct quantitative and statistical analyses, complemented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
