**Minimum Requirements**

Grade 12

Diploma in Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain or similar an advantage

Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Knowledge & Experience in WMS SAP

**Job Related Requirements**
- 2 yrs + in warehouse environment working/acting in an administrative role
- 2 yrs + experience and knowledge of exporting parts into Africa by Airfreight, Sea freight and Road freight
- Generate freight quotes for exports of parts and create final invoice on SAP system.
- Understanding of exports inspection process: BV/ SGS
- Attention to detail with respect to investigations and problem solving
- Be able to work overtime and flexi time if required.
- Be prepared to undergo random polygraph tests
- Planning and organizing - strong ability to manage time & prioritize
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and without supervision

**Added Advantages for this role**
- Customs knowledge - Exports into Africa certificate / course

**Main purpose of the role**
- This role will be responsible for planning, administrating, organizing, and reporting on all exports related activities

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Control and Manage all Export Orders.
- Update and maintain Shipping Register daily, report on any deviations in performance.
- Printing and creating Commercial invoices and packing lists from SAP and excel
- Weigh and measure each shipment to ensure correct data is on the documents
- Status Reports to be kept updated and communicated to Clients, ensuring that customer requirements are
- achieved.
- Control, Manage and follow-up on all bookings made with the relevant forwarders.
- Quality checks all packed shipments
- Daily checking of Orders to ensure on time shipment of complete Orders.
- Accurate shipment of complete Orders within the Lead-Time.
- Accurate submission of Shipping documentation i.e., Commercial invoice, packing list, Clearing instructions if
- required
- Ensure shipments are being shipped accurately to avoid any unnecessary charges.
- On-Time Investigation of Queries and Claims.
- To adhere to all documented and verbal Procedures, Work Instructions and Disciplines.
- To assist all parties involved with any problems, queries etc. pertaining to the account.
- Liaising with forwarders, dealers, and client daily
- Attending to all queries from all parties concerned
- All adhoc and general duties that may arise
- Excellent inter-personal and people management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure with stringent deadlines;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
