You will be required to build relationships with various departments within the organization to perform the analysis that will drive business decisions. Analyse complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Creates specifications for reports and analysis, based on business needs with required or available data elements. The Client and Product Data Analyst will need to produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. The Client and Product Data Analyst will need to proactively identify new areas in need of monitoring or improved reporting and work collaboratively to develop the necessary tools and processes to make continuous improvements, including relaying and prioritizing technical requirements back to the internal organization, as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Understands business requirements in BI context and can design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Data story telling a plus.

Understand and Analyse data to visualize through reports, data models that aid decision-making.

Analysing Data to support the Data Clean up exercises and maintain a high degree of Data quality and completeness.

Document models explaining, models, relationships/flows, data flows and logic.

Create data entity relationships to develop multidimensional data models and calculations.

Develop Analytical prototypes using BI tools.
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI/Salesforce/Tableau CRM.
Design, develop, test, and deploy scripts and perform detailed analytics.
Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
Analyse current ETL process, define, design and implement new new/improved ways of working.
SQL Data warehouse development and work with SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS.
Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements.
Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per requirements.

Measuring and monitoring our product or service’s performance and identify any anomalies/exceptions in the respective data.

Supports product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data for impact analysis to inform the next steps.

Work with users and team members at all level to help drive continuous performance improvement.

**Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
At least 5 - 7 years’ working experience working with database management, SQL, data modelling, data warehousing, business intelligence, tabular modelling, OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) and report / dashboard development.
Experience in other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik or SAP is desired.

Experience of working with Salesforce data.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks such as Power BI, Power Pivot, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS is an advantage.

Documentation of Data processes, models, designs, and solutions with the ability to explain, represent, and discuss with internal teams.
Experience in creating data-rich dashboards, writing DAX expressions, and implementing row-level security in Power BI.

Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modelling, data management, and data visualizations.
Ability to interact with business as well as technical teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to learn, adapt and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment.
Stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development within wider external Data/Analytical communities.
Ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills.
