- Collaborate with other leaders on cross-functional initiatives that focus on the mitigation of compliance risks.
- Help us innovate our Compliance program by demonstrating Uber’s talent and resources to develop innovative Compliance solutions.
- Develop and deliver high-impact, awareness campaigns that are appealing to the Uber population in the region.
- Develop training materials and deliver live compliance trainings that demonstrate local relevance, in conjunction with EMEA Director and training specialists. Monitor the training progress for internal clients, including both e-learning courses and live training sessions.
- Support with internal investigations of alleged misconduct, including asserted violations of Uber’s Business Conduct Guide, company policies or the law.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Consistent Compliance experience working in the region;
- Law or Business Administration degree (non Internal Audit);
- Significant experience as a Compliance Officer with a global company;
- English proficiency and intermediate knowledge of one additional language, preferably French.

At Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better. The idea was born on a snowy night in Paris in 2008, and ever since then, our DNA of reimagination and reinvention carries on.
