Basic Salary with opportunity to with commission, medical aid & provident fund after probation.

**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Being an ambassador for our brand and offering an amazing customer experience.
- Welcoming customers and ascertaining their needs and requirements.
- Educate customers about our products and offering.
- Taking the customer through the verification process at the self-help kiosks and being the point of contact for any questions or assistance.
- Exceed Customer expectations by identifying and providing them with the best possible solutions.
- Selling a diverse product range and keeping up to date with the latest trends in technology.
- Assist with set up and shut down as well as stock take to ensure the store is ready for our customers at all times.
- Actively keeping track of sales performance against target.
- Housekeeping duties and ensuring the sales area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensuring you are 100% versed in daily operations with regards to verification and fulfilment procedure.

**Minimum** **Requirements**:

- Grade 12/Matric/NQF L3/ NQF 4
- 2 Years experience in retail and sales.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
