Learner Experience Manager

Develop documentation for monthly learner interactions (i.e., of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals)
- Provide support and report back to the General Manager: Talent
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in learner development
- Strategize and manage the learner recruitment talent pipeline as well as the national hosting pipeline
- Identify current and long-term talent / HR risks that might impact the organisation from a learner recruitment and hosting perspective
- Design suitable strategies to deliver on the learner recruitment talent mandate aligned to the talent strategies
- Develop and manage the learner experience journey, culture and manage learner performance to ensure better attendance for training and workplace / host sites
- Identify and collaborate with tertiary institutions to elevate the learner calibre
- Identify and collaborate with institutions who have a specialised database of youth living with disabilities
- Identify and collaborate with organisations and strategic partners to increase absorption of learners after a successful learnership
- Effectively manage IR and ER matters to ensure that all relevant legislative requirements are met
- Provide a professional counselling service on all HR related matters to all managers, host clients and learners
- Ensure that the Learner Recruitment and Hosting Team structure is manned by motivated and empowered employee
- Identify learner needs by evaluating current learnership trends and developing programmes to counter any counterproductive behaviour identified

Inherent Requirements:

- Matric
- BCom or BA Degree (majoring in Industrial and Organisational Psychology)
- 3 to 4 years’ experience as a Human Resource / Talent Business Partner
- 2 years’ experience working with Middle to Senior Management internal and external stakeholders

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
