Purpose: To generate new Business to Business (B2B) revenue through the conducting of sales initiatives to achieve set sales targets.
- Cold calling to set appointments with prospective clients
- Market the company’s programmes to customers by demonstrating the benefits
- Regular follow ups on potential clients to build relationships and secure business, as well as manage an active sales pipeline
- Actively demonstrate the ability to negotiate, influence, convince and convert opportunities to sales
- Provide excellent after sales service and ongoing support to customers to ensure achievement of all set sales targets
- Required, sales administration in respect of recording of all sales activities and providing regular reports
- Ensure that operating standards in respect of log-on time, length of call, wrap up time, number of calls and client appointments etc. are maintained
- Actively participate in industry and/or company events, sometimes outside of normal working hours, to promote product offerings and take advantage of networking opportunities
- Research customer needs, and work closely with the Academic teams and finance teams in compiling proposals
- Prepare proposals and detailed costing’s and draft contract documents for review prior to negotiation with clients
- Undertake proactive networking with all relevant external stakeholder groups develop new business relationships

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 **years’ sales experience within a B2B sales environment in Education**
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle at all times is mandatory
- Proven track record of sales success

Pay: Up to R25 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- B2B Sales: 1 year (preferred)
