**The Job**:
As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will primarily be managing advertising campaigns on paid search and paid social platforms. Your typical activities would include monitoring and optimizing campaigns, implementing A/B testing, and supporting in terms of reporting, competitor analysis, plus copy and creative brainstorming.

You need to have strong analytical skills and be familiar with collaborating on (and ideally executing) paid marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns on web, across paid search platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Ads, plus paid social platforms such as Facebook, under the supervision of the Paid Marketing Lead
- Complete in-depth keyword research and competitive analyses
- Partner with content and creative team members to develop new assets
- Analyze campaign performance and compile and present reports to key stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of experience** in a digital marketing role
- **Experience with paid search/PPC** platforms preferred, alongside paid social, including Facebook Ads and TikTok
- **Data-driven **with the ability to interpret analytics data from tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- **Stellar research**, reporting, and number crunching skills, with a passion for understanding target audiences
- **Strong English** writing and proofing skills, able to make adjustments to ad copy when needed
- **Outstanding, professional communication skills**, with the ability to build internal and external relationships
- **Self-motivated**, adaptable, and detail oriented
