**Job Description**:
The Role: As a LulaBet Social Media Specialist with copywriting skills, you ensure effective social media content and campaign strategy and production through the creation of digital content for a variety of communication channels, from conception to completion.

Here is what you will be doing (the important stuff):

- Drive the conceptualization and creation of digital content for social media channels through bringing all types of content ideas to life, from graphic design to photos, videos and multimedia content
- Copywriting and optimization of web content to support best practice strategies
- Produce original, clear and credible content that delivers campaign objectives
Engage with the community and post regular updates on promos, sport events etc.
- Reply/Assist in a timeous manner to comments and escalate queries to relevant departments
- Engage with relevant social media groups and build up relationships with influencers
- Contribute forward-thinking content ideas that help amplify the company’s reputation among target audiences through experimenting with new formats, techniques and creative strategies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new stories, trends and opportunities to create content and campaigns
- Assist with managing project and campaign deliverables in order to meet expectations and ensure campaigns are on time and on budget
- Create and manage a database of visual assets within the organization
- Create and pitch effective campaign ideas whilst ensuring integration with the broader marketing plan involving all other media channels
- Develop content and campaign strategies for all major social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest)
- Design content for organic posts as well as paid formats ensuring up-to-date social media ad formats
- Manage internal and external designers to plan and produce professional content
- Capture video and photos at live events or stage ad-hoc shoots when required and when the opportunity arises
- Ensure that all content or language published to group’s social media platforms adheres to company’s corporate identity
- Detailed reporting on social media campaigns and highlighting of future learnings

Qualifications**
Education**:

- Grade 12
- Bachelor’s Degree (Desirable)
**Experience**:

- 2-4 years professional experience with Social Media networks
- 2-4 years’ experience with professional copywriting for different verticals, ie. social media, websites, newsletters
**Knowledge**:

- Online Sports Betting and/or Online Gaming knowledge
- Interest in sport events and casino games
- Digital and social media formats
- Full MS Office suite
- In-depth knowledge/experience and experience producing social-first content with all major social media platforms

- Strong project management skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
