Clinical Operations Manager

Parexel is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Operations professional to join us, you be assigned to one of our key sponsors in the region.
Working as a Clinical Operations Manager, specifically for Logistics and Vendor set up, you’ll be responsible for overseeing vendors set up and trial logistics for assigned studies across South Africa, Kenya and Uganda.

- Dedicated to one client.
- Overseeing vendor set up and activation for assigned studies across multiple categories (couriers, CRO, eCOA/ePROA, IRT etc)
- Ensuring any vendor set up issues are flagged and resolved
- Working with the wider study team to ensure support is provided as needed
- Identify and resolve any risks to the successful delivery of assigned trials.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance/ Administration/ Life Science or equivalent Health Care related experience required
- 5‐7 years clinical research or combined experience in Clinical Research and Finance/Business required
- Expertise of core clinical systems, tools, and metrics
- Excellent verbal and written influencing and training/mentoring skills, in local language and English
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Experience working with and setting up clinical trial vendors (multiple categories)
