**Job Vacancy: Fleet Administrator**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Must be experienced and be able to set up

Maintain assets register

Vehicle file and spare key register and storage

Take responsibility for plant on vehicles (eg : Jetting trucks, water tanker )

Trailer maintenance
- Maintain service records and service history of all. vehicles
- Knowledge of vehicle licencing - Update licences before expiry date
- Recording vehicle accident and incidents.
- Liaising with insurance companies
- Obtaining comparative quote for mechanical repairs
- Planning and booking COR and COF for vehicles.
- Tyre maintenance register
- Battery register for vehicles
- Weekly vehicle check lists and repairs
- Extract vehicle fines monthly and allocate to drivers.
- Cleanliness
- Attend to trailer maintenance
- Perform daily vehicle checks, including tyres, fluid levels, and pressure.
- Coordinate fleet bookings and manage vehicle availability.
- Monitor and schedule servicing, repairs, and general maintenance.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and operational standards.
- Keep detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.
- Liaise with suppliers, mechanics, and drivers to maintain smooth fleet operations.
- Conduct periodic tyre alignment and pressure checks to ensure vehicle performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fleet administration or vehicle maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (tyres, fluids, alignments, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and schedules efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer literate with some knowledge of MS Excel
- Muat be a self-organized methodical individual.
