- 3-5 years Spa Management experience (not negotiable)
- Qualified Somatologist background

**Role Requirements**
- Management of full staff compliment
- Overseeing spa services/direct spa services
- Ordering spa equipment/ensuring its proper functioning
- Ensuring an excellent spa and guest experience
- Managing stock control and orders
- Recording daily cash flow
- Generating sales reports
- Collaborating with internal and external parties
- Answering customer inquiries
- Appraising employee performance/assess employee performance
- Schedule guest appointments
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies
- Coordinate facility schedules
- Maintain client databases
- Maintaining spa industry knowledge
- Managing the spa menu
- Ensuring client service standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene standards
- Preparing staff and facility schedules/coordinate programs
- Managing continuous staff training
- Following corporate policies
- Running promotional campaigns
- Ensure retail goals are reached monthly
- Managing staff rosters to ensure spa coverage at all times
