**South Africa’s leading manufacturing company is hiring. My client is looking for a seasoned Recall Supervisor to join their team.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Developing Service Parts requirements.**

- **Monitoring Completion rates and developing strategies to improve field service actions.**
***
- **Supporting ministry communication for required countries.**
***
- **Supporting and coaching Direct markets, distributors, and dealers in all facets of recalls and field service actions.**

- **Resolving Recall and Field Service Action Warranty claim issues**
***:

- **Supporting market leads on field service action and recall issues as required.**
***:

- **Launching and monitoring field service actions and recalls in the company’s global recall and Implementation database.**

- **Approvals of field service actions or recall bulletins.**
***:

- **Repairing documentation and Owner Letters.**
***
- **Writing, Developing and/or Localizing Global Field Service Actions / Recall Owner Letters**

- **Broad knowledge of vehicle systems. Diesel and Electrical Diagnostics preferred.**

- **Broad knowledge of technical publications.**

- **Understanding of Global System for Analytics and Research (GSAR).**
***:

- **Detailed working understanding of the Global Campaign system (GCAMP).**
***:

- **Detailed working understanding of the Global Recalls Implementation database (GRID).**
***:

- **Tertiary qualification in Engineering degree**
***:

- **Strong technical competency in the Automotive sector.**
***:

- **Alternatively, applicants with an Accredited Automotive Trade Qualification and significant industry experience will also be considered.**

- **5-10 years’ workplace experience within the Automotive Industry (Service or Product Development).**
