**Requirements**:

- Min of 3 - 5 years of practical experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in ecommerce and driving online sales in the retail space.
- Proven experience in social media management and advertising.
- Must Have a Bachelor of Commerce in Digital Marketing
- Must Have Experience: Microsoft Suite and Shopify.
- An ingrained ability to sell online.
- Out-the-box thinking with a very hands-on attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Design capabilities.
- Must take initiative and drive portfolio and hit the ground running.
- An intelligent individual with a great work ethic.
- A creative, quality-minded individual with a focus on getting the job done.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.

- **Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to**:

- Developing a marketing strategy for generating online sales and enhancing customer experience.
- Maintaining the marketing plan with the latest trends and statistical learnings.
- Building a brand presence for your brands across multiple channels.
- Building, maintaining, and marketing an online store for your brands.
- Constantly update and improves the websites and listings.
- Setting up, managing, and reporting on online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
- Writing content for online listings and understanding all aspects of various external platform listings.
- Working with buying team to understand all new products coming through to ensure they are listed on selling channels correctly and on time.
- Maintaining stock levels and items specs/packaging requirements for all Sales Channels.
- Design and develop digital imagery and content in line with channel standards and ensure all imagery and content is consistent and on '˜brand'.
- Analyze competitors' products, content, and prices.
- Provides analytic reports on online sales.
- Responsible for all SEO.
- Stays up to date on online, software, industry, and data trends.
- Research and development of new online marketing strategies, and for implementing the vision of the founders.
