Job Description**Role & Duties**:
1. Supervise the installation and maintenance of equipment and systems.
2. Install and configure networking equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points, etc.
3. Ensure that projects are completed on time & to the highest standard.
4. Provide technical training and support to junior technicians.
5. Communicate with clients and head of projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Conducting quality control inspections to ensure that installations meet industry standards.
7. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed always.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
10. Prepare technical reports and documentation for customer projects.
11. Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
12. Keep accurate records of all installations and maintenance.
13. Attending the site surveys and providing accurate, detailed, and complete site survey reports.
14. Manage all on-site installation, configurations, setup and training of all relevant systems, hardware, services and testing the system to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
15. Closure of all installations and submission of accurate and complete job cards.
16. Responsible for following all company policies and procedures as well as ensuring equipment is maintained and kept in working order and is always kept safe.

RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in Telecoms and networking installation and configuration
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Must be able to work independently and not have to be micromanaged.
Must have a smart reliable phone & Valid driver’s license.
Able to Lift and carry heavy equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Goal-oriented, organized team player.
Climbing ladders and working at heights.
Working in confined spaces.

**Benefits**:
20k per month dependent on experience

On Site
Full Time
Company Vehicle including petrol is provided during working hours.

Pay: R20 000,00 per month
