New Business Consultant

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, relationship-building, and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Presenting our company to potential clients in a professional and positive manner
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Together with the Head: Sales and Marketing, develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and any and all other relevant channels.
- Followed up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any services. Through regular reviews and retargeting campaigns.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate deals and close new business.
- Continuously gather and analyze market and competitor data to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines in a CRM system.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients to build relationships and generate new business.

**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: R28,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
