- Matric
- 2 -3 years experience as a cashier
- 2-4 years customer service experience

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Operate Cash register & Scanner
- Maintain Cash Register & collect payments
- Be able to do a Cash Up daily
- Keep checkout area clean
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

**Attributes**:

- Basic Math Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A desire to help people.

**Experience**:

- Cashier: 2 years (required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English Fluently (required)
