**About the programme**

Our graduate programme is designed for passionate, analytical, and enthusiastic individuals ready to step into consulting. Through structured training and real-world exposure—both internally and on client projects—you’ll sharpen your skills and build experience that matters.

**UX Designer**

User Experience designer enhances user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall interaction between the user and the product. They possess a deep understanding of user behaviour, needs, and motivations, employing user research, prototyping, and usability testing to create intuitive and effective designs.

**UI Designer**

User Interface focuses on the look and feel of a product by designing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. They are responsible for creating the visual elements, such as buttons, icons, and layouts, that users interact with. A UI designer ensures that the interface is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, working closely with UX designers to create cohesive and user-friendly experiences.

**Product Designer**

Often a hybrid role that encompasses aspects of both UX and UI design, with a strong focus on the overall product strategy and user experience. They work on creating products that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, considering user needs, business goals, and market trends

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Matric
- Completed or final year in Information or Interaction Design, Psychology, Research, Visual Arts, Multi-Media Degree/Diploma, Marketing
- A desire to understand and explore the customer relationship and experience, design, useability and functionality
- UX/UI design diploma/certification would be advantageous
- The ability to travel between locally between iqbusiness and our clients, if required

- Internal Project/Support - Engage internally with iqbusiness and learn how the business functions. Assist and add value to help in attaining the strategic goals. Support in the day to day by always being open to a learning experience.
- Cross Functional - Diversify your knowledge and skills by engaging and learning across environments and projects. Show adaptability and impetus by taking on different projects and be able to show resolve in finding a solution.
