**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure cold call leads are worked timeously and effectively
2. Ensure 100% adherence to the internal processes with regards to working leads, and maintaining the standards as set in the department.

COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Grade 12
- At least one-year experience in a Cold Calling / Lead Generation environment is a requirement
- Persuasiveness
- Excellent Sales skills
- Target driven
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Computer Literate (able to type on a keyboard)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Fluency in: English / Zulu / Tswana / Sotho will be an advantage
- Must be a fast learner
- Ability to fit in and function in a team.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Must have client services skills and be friendly

MEASUREMENTS:

- Ensure daily / weekly / monthly Targets are met
- Ensure monthly audit score target is met
- 0% complaints received because of non-adherence to loans processes
- 100% correct usage of the various operating systems

SALARY:

- R4 000 per month plus incentive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
