**Job Purpose**:
Remote/Online Lecturing and academic delivery to ensure students are guided and supported in their learning to achieve module outcomes
**Preferred Education**:
Ideal:
Masters Degree: Brand Management or Leadership/ Branding/ Marketing Communication/ Corporate Communication/ Customer Experience Design
Alternatively:
HEQSF 9** qualification that includes a branding, marketing or strategic marketing communication component
Branding, marketing communication or strategic marketing should have, at a minimum, been successfully completed within HEQSF 7 and 8 qualifications
**Work Experience**
Industry experience essential - brand management / strategic planner or account director in an advertising or brand consultancy / marketing communications management in a corporate / strategic marketing communication / corporate communication in a commercial organisation
**Key Performance Areas - Fully Online**:
Online/ Remote Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide
Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours and stipulated per pre agreed timetable
Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback in a timeous manner
Presenting class marks and feedback to the MODULE DISCIPLINE LEADER and discuss appropriate interventions for improved student success
Actively engaging with current trends in teaching and learning strategies within The IIE VEGA environment.
