The position will often be the first contact a pet owner has with a practice and is therefore a critical role in determining the client experience and reputation of the practice in their local community.
If you are excited by the prospect of making a difference by offering support, paying attention to detail, and the efficient running of the Bellville practice and TAH as a whole, then our team is looking for you to join the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience during appointments and over the telephone by providing timely assistance, clear communication, and personalized service.
- Coordinate reception operations: Complete front office reception processes accurately and maintain back office admin processes accurately.
- Oversee reception and shop area
Requirements and skills:
Education: Grade 12
Work Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing role. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is an advantage.
Skills: Bilingual (English & Afrikaans), Computer Literate, Product Knowledge, Switchboard
