**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and conduct regular reconciliation's
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Facilitate the handling of supplier and customer invoices, including follow-ups
- Participate in monthly and yearly closing processes
- Aid in inventory management and adjustments
- Support the creation and maintenance of budgeting and forecasting tools
- Provide other administrative support to the accounting department and management as needed

**Requirements**:

- Financial administration related qualification would be beneficial
- At least 2 years experience
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Pastel
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
