Resolution Circle is seeking a dynamic **Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”)**that, in partnership with the Board, can lead the company to the “next level” of financial success. The ultimate goal is to proactively shape the future of Resolution Circle as a world class training entity, whist driving financial and operational sustainability and results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the strategic direction, culture, and growth of the company.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams: Finance, ICT, HR, Sales, Curriculum & Consulting.
- Ensure financial and operational sustainability and profitability.
- Build lasting stakeholder relationships (UJ, investors, clients, board).
- Be a visible champion of our brand, values, and training excellence.

**Minimum requirements**
- A postgraduate qualification (preferably in Engineering or Business).
- 10 years in leadership, with 5 at executive level in the education/training sector.
- Proven P&L responsibility for operations exceeding R100 million.
- Strong business and academic acumen.
- Experience with strategic planning, governance, compliance, and team development.
