*Responsibilities*
- Have good knowledge about our wines, vineyards and food.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our visitors
- Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with our team to create memorable experiences for our guests
- Work closely with our events team to facilitate successful events and functions

*Requirements*
- 1-2 years' experience in waiter or a related field (hospitality, tourism, etc.)
- Knowledge of wine, winemaking, and the South African wine industry will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work on a casual basis, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
