**Job Overview**

Teleperformance South Africa’s impact Sourcing Division is looking for a caring FET qualified educator who is genuinely passionate about developing unemployed youth. The teacher is responsible for preparing all lessons, delivering a 10-language proficiency bootcamp, teaching to facilitate meaningful progression in learning, evaluating and reporting on learner progress, as well as comprehensive record keeping, updating databases and statistical analysis as required by the Teleperformance South Africa. This position is available immediately

**Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Engaging in class teaching to foster a purposeful progression in learning.
- Employ all reasonable strategies to improve learner results
- Preparing all lessons
- Planning, coordinating, controlling, administering, evaluating and reporting on learner progress.
- Providing extra lessons where learning needs are identified.
- Assisting the Skills Development Manager in overseeing learner counselling and guidance, careers, discipline and general welfare of our learners.
- Ensuring that accurate and up-to-date learner attendance and assessment results are captured within the prescribed deadlines.

**Experience & Competencies**
- Must be F.E.T qualified.
- An appropriate and recognized four-year teaching degree/diploma from an accredited tertiary institution.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in teaching.
- An understanding of the basic language requirements to increase the employability of learners
- Excellent written and spoken communication English language ability.
- Computer literacy: must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Own reliable transport with valid driver’s license an advantage.
- Own reliable laptop

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- Matric/ Equivalent (Essential)
- English teacher (Advantage)
- Tutor experience (Advantage)
- Teaching qualification (Advantage)
- BPO background (Advantage)
