**Job Purpose**:
To provide project administration capacity and support to the MILE Office & its staff.
This post reports to ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Establish control over the office working environment.
Providing a general administrative support for the office.
Providing office reception and customer care services.
Proving support to the Project Managers for events.
Control over office assets and consumables.
Responsible for the procurement of goods and services required by the office.
Co-ordinating statistical information.
Undertake related assignments.
**Essential Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12.
Valid motor vehicle drivers license (Code B).
12 Months relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.
**Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant certification accredited by SAQA.
18 Months relevant experience.
