**Purpose Of The Position**

To conduct and implement organisational development interventions with the aim of

ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the Department in delivering its services
- Assist with the development and review of organisational structure
- Development and management of job descriptions
- Conduct job evaluations
- Organisational Development support to projects such as BPM, change management,
- organisational culture, or other interventions
- Provide administration support and implement internal controls

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of organisational development and design
- Good knowledge and understanding of OD related DPSA prescripts
- Sound experience in job evaluation processes and relevant systems
- Sound knowledge of organisational structure and information analysis
- Sound experience in work-study investigation techniques
- Knowledge of public service regulations, PFMA
- Knowledge of human resources policy formulation and implementation
- Understanding of business process management and analysis
- Records Management

**Qualifications and Experience**
- NQF level 6 qualification in Management Services / Operations Management / Industrial Psychology / Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development / Public Management/Administration / Labour Relations / Social Sciences.
- Job evaluation certificate for public service.
- 2 years experience in Organisational Development/ Work-Study
- Experience in job evaluation within the public service.
