Site Operational Excellence Lead

In this role you will
- Ensure that the Site has the capability and systems to achieve sustained adherence to the Haleon Production System and have embedded continuous improvement processes and mindsets, at all levels
- Provide strategic direction and alignment of the Haleon Production System (GPS) program and deployment, to Secondary Operations goals
- Provide strategic leadership and operation direction for the site GPS function
- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
- Work with the Site Directors/Manufacturing Performance Units (MPU) Leaders and local GPS teams to ensure effective engagement & people change planning, capability building, and GPS deployment planning is in place at all sites
- This role will support other Site Directors and Site GPS Leaders with GPS deployment across the region. Site Directors and Site GPS Leads hold primary accountability of performance across the site
- Lead regional GPS communications, benchmarking, knowledge share, lesson learned and propagation of best practice

Qualifications & Experience:

- University Degree (BSc) or equivalent: Ideally Manufacturing, Engineering/ Quality/ Logistics Based
- 7-10 years as a frontrunner in operational supply chain management, including operational experience at site. The role holder will have served on a Site Management Team

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- Lean and Six Sigma
- Have sound technical knowledge and good understanding of critical business functions on site
- Detailed knowledge of the cGMP requirements relevant to the role
- Basic experience
