**About Us**:
Tsebo Cleaning is the third largest Contract Cleaning company in South Africa and currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Administrator, with extensive experience working with temporary staff. The primary function of this position is to transform information provided into payroll data by recording time worked, production, and commission ensure employees get paid on the set pay date. This process will include and post salary/ wages statutory or obligatory deductions.

Tsebo Cleaning Solutions has over 150 contracts across the country and a staff compliment of over 12,000 cleaning professionals.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure optimization of payroll functionality to increase productivity and minimize manual processes by liaison with the Payroll Outsource vendor
- Identify risks associated with operational functions relating to payroll administration
- Ensure that workflow continues without interruption and all associated payroll payments deadlines are met
- Manage ad hocs for pay queries / interim submission
- Management of allowances and changes thereto
- Keep aligned to legislative amendments and inform the business
- Manage bonus payment and all review processes, ensuring accuracy and timeous payment
- Liaise with regions and ensure compliance with REMCO guidelines and timelines
- Prepare interim increase pack and present to REMCO on a monthly basis and implement all REMCO decisions
- Ensure full compliance with REMCO, interim increase and allowance policies, guidelines and practices in the regions and divisions
- Create company structures for new sites and positions
- Create positions for sites, keeping to contract headcount and requirements
- Capture and maintain data for all management positions
- Provide support to Compensation and Benefits Manager in the Division
- Manage, submit salary and wage annual bonuses processes in line with relevant Company policies and legislation
- Ensure all Head office employees receive increase and bonus letters
- Constantly review company policies, practices and recommend best practice changes to EXCO and Group
- Assist employees with pay queries, liaise with relevant manager/s and resolve accordingly and timeously
- Active participation in Projects being implemented for payroll
- Attend to any ad hoc benefits and compensation related matters/queries and projects

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Payroll Diploma / relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- 3 year's experience as a Compensation and Benefits Administrator or similar
