IT Analyst

**JOB PURPOSE**

Seeking for an IT Analyst to design and implement functional cost
- efficient IT Systems.
- You should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs ,
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- The goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- **Essential Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role
- Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst
- **Desirable Requirements**_
- SAP Municipal system experience
- Business Acumen
- critical thinking and problem-solving skills

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **CLIENT SOLUTION**_
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Develop and analyze functional specifications.
- Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
- **BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS**_
- Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions.
- Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs to different teams.
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
- **TEAM PLAYER**_
- Is aware of when to promptly escalate issues to the appropriate parties in order to find a solution.
- Portray collaborative attitude.
- Provide feedback, upward and downward.
- Provide advice and technical training.
- **GROWING THE FIRM**_
- Produces effective proposals by adhering to the Ntiyiso process and putting them through problem-solving exercises.
- Identifies opportunities for current and new clients
