**Experience**: Two (2) - Five (5) years’ relevant experience

**Requirements**: Proficiency in at least two (2) of the official languages of the Western Cape (Afrikaans/English/isiXhosa - Speak, Read, Write) 
Good supervision, human relations, interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to give attention to detail High level of responsibility Must

work overtime when required  Must perform duties in any area of the Municipality when required  May be required of the incumbent to act in a

**Job purpose**:Enforce credit control  Handle enquiries related to credit control  Add new meters in prepaid system  Attend to all queries related to
pre-paid electricity vending and correspond with service provider including afterhours support to distribution agents.
