Duties & Responsibilities
The main purpose of the role is to manage the factory administrative activities related to reception duties, employee payroll submission and indirect materials and services procurement for the manufacturing site. This will involve collaborating and working across the functional teams to ensure payroll and procurement issues are accurately and timeously attend to and resolved.
Duties include:
1. Administrative:
Payroll submissions
Leave management
Petty cash
2. Procurement
3. Switchboard & reception
4. Stock management
5. Team support and events planning
**Desired Experience & Qualification**:
- 1-2 years in Procurement of Indirect Materials & Services within the manufacturing field
- 1-3 Years relevant experience in SAP, iValua or eProcurement Systems.
- Advanced Excel
- Must be available immediately.
- Any relevant / related qualifications
