Remuneration & Compensation Specialist

Develop and maintain the Job Grading Committees Terms of Reference,
- Render advice with regards to job evaluation, job profiling for Grading Committee, facilitate the development of job descriptions.
- Implement, and manage an electronic database of grading requests.
- Contribute towards the design of a compensation package based on business goals and strategy,
- Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches the company’s work and organizational culture.
- Ensure that compensation practices are following current laws and regulations.
- Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks,
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices underlying the rendering of renumeration services,
- Conduct research in preparation of remuneration projects.
- Serve as a point of contact between the company and the successful service provider company regarding job evaluation/grading,
- Establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build a wide and effective network of contacts,
- Interact with representatives from consultant companies in the field of remuneration related matters.
- Investigate internal queries relating to salary issues and provide timeous feedback.
**Qualifications**
- National Diploma in HR.
- 3 years’ experience in HR, Remuneration and Job evaluation/Grading.
- Experience in SAP HR and MS Office packages
**Salary**: R430,884.00 per year
