- Identify and qualify sources, including search engines involving forums, groups, message boards, organisation lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs as well as building personal networks
- Maintain applicant tracking system and pipeline management system by entering and updating, sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, and tracking information
- Support Talent Acquisition team with screenings and building a pipeline for recruitment project intakes

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Relevant HR qualification with 5 years’ recruitment experience within a BPO or fast paced environment with high volumes of recruitment and using recruiting platforms like Workday and Phenom.
- Strong administration skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and recruitment projects
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
