The Call Centre Clerk is responsible for handling or assisting in booking transport to meet the client’s specifications and managing the process from the inquiry to confirmation. The booking clerk must also make required entries in the system regarding the bookings.

The Call Centre Clerk is the point of contact for clients and other departments regarding booking requirements. They are responsible for ensuring that all vehicles dispatched are done so in accordance with company procedures and client specifications.

Principle duties:

- Booking, confirming and coordinating the clients Assessing passenger and luggage needs
- Answering the customers' inquiries and making sure to improve the customers' services Entering the correct data of the clients into spreadsheets
- Reviewing the reservations/ availability
- Answering the company's phone calls, distributing the mail, and other administrative tasks Processing and filing the paper work
- Doing any other work as requested by the superiors and supervisors. Conduct Daily Tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures Stay informed of market related/ competitive pricing
- Maintain efficient administrative systems within the office environment to contribute to the smooth running of the service.

- Telephone Skills
- Effective and polished verbal communication skills High proficiency in English, Afrikaans & Xhosa Strong typing and letter writing skills
- Microsoft office skills Listening skills
- Professionalism in approach and appearance Customer focused
- Organization kills Handles pressure Efficient

Minimum requirements:

- Previous experience relevant to the post and professionalism
- Good Computer Skills - essential ( MS Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook, Pastel)
- Customer service of business and administration, certificate or qualification
- Communication skills
- Planning and organisation skills

**Salary**: R10,360.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold centre: 3 years (preferred)
