**Job Description**:
**Purpose of the job**:

- The core purpose of the Customized Intelligence division is to provide clients with an understanding of their consumers/customers perceptions, attitudes and behaviour through research in order to provide strategic, actional insights that will guide their marketing and business decisions.
- The quantitative team gathers consumer insights using quantitative methodologies, through tracking and ad hoc studies, to answer client’s business objectives

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Taking briefs from existing / new clients
- Create and develop proposals and presenting these proposals to client/s
- Design questionnaires that will answer clients research objectives
- Manage projects from start to finish - Running field briefings, keeping internal admin up to date (Finance admin, designing of timelines, data maps & tab specs etc ), keeping track of data collection progress, and working with various ops teams to ensure all deliverables is supplied on time)
- Manage clients during the duration of project (Managing client expectations, managing queries etc )
- Quality checking of all deliverables received from operations teams (scr,ipts, tables etc )
- Designing of reporting templates
- Charting of reports when required
- Analysing data and writing insightful reports
- Present findings and reports to clients at end of project when required

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate thought leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Work well within a team environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and able to run multiple projects at the same time
- Must be extremely competent with various Microsoft Office suite programs (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Experience with MS Dynamics will be an advantage (as well as an understanding of CRM platforms)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Primary Quantitative research, preferablely from the agency side
