**Job Title: Country Manager - West Africa (Pharmaceuticals)**

Location: West Africa Region (Togo, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Cameroon, Ivory Coast,

Guinea)

Number of Positions: 2

Salary Range: ₹25 to ₹30LPA (Based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Type**: Full-Time | Permanent

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth and market share across assigned countries in the West Africa
- region.
- Develop and execute country-specific business strategies aligned with overall
- company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, pharmacies, regulatory bodies, and
- healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new
- opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, regulatory, and
- marketing.
- Manage budgets and deliver on sales targets and profitability goals.
- Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product registration and compliance
- requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-country operations.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the ROW market, particularly West African regions.
- Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in French will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in managing operations in multiple African countries is preferred.
