**Key Deliverables**

**Solutions Delivery**
- Engage with customers to gain an understanding of the customer's operating environment and business requires in order to implement IoT solutions relevant to their business goals.
- Leverage IoT platform and engineering technical expertise to proactively identify risks and prevent defects.
- Research, develop, test and document new IoT solutions.
- Monitor the IoT platform’s key performance metrics to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Develop, modify, adapt and optimise platform solutions for better performance and experience.
- Provide high-level technical support and operatively resolve incidents in the functionality of IoT platform solutions.
- Manage and resolve a high proportion of incidents without OEM intervention. Escalate high level incidents to senior team members within the Technology CoE’s IoT domain.
- Provide input for planning, assessment, implementation, rollout and preparation of change requests.
- Collaborate with peers and participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis efforts.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to address these.
- Execute incidents, problem and service requests, including timely availability of major incident reports for any priority incident and actively driving the implementation of appropriate counter measures.

**Business Development**
- Implement a consultative selling approach by seeking out open dialogues to explore an understanding the clients’ business, services and technology needs before offering a solution.
- Support the commercial team in response to client RFP by translating customers’ requirements into technical specifications.

**Job Requirements **(Education, Experience, and Competencies)

**Education**:

- Minimum of 3-year tertiary degree in Computer Science.
- An MBA or post graduate degree is advantageous.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an ICT environment within the Telecoms sector, with at least 3 years specialisation experience in IoT operations delivery.
- Deep understanding of Telemetry, Machine to Machine and Internet of Things (IoT) and in-depth knowledge of relevant platforms such as Cisco Jasper and ZSmart.
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets is advantageous).
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies.
