As an Outbound Telesales Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role focuses on driving outbound sales success, maintaining high customer engagement, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. You will oversee daily operations, provide coaching and guidance, and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
**Team Leadership**:
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of outbound telesales representatives.

Conduct team meetings, daily huddles, and one-on-one coaching sessions to align on goals and progress.

Foster a positive and productive team culture that promotes collaboration and accountability.

**Sales Execution**:
Develop and execute outbound telesales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.

Ensure team members effectively promote products and services, utilizing scripts and proven sales techniques.

Identify and implement best practices to improve closing rates and sales quality.

**Performance Management**:
Monitor individual and team KPIs, such as call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

Provide real-time feedback, support underperforming team members, and recognize top performers.

Address performance issues promptly with clear improvement plans and follow-ups.

**Customer Engagement**:
Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring calls deliver value and enhance the customer experience.

Address escalated customer concerns or issues professionally and promptly.

**Training and Development**:
Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for team members.

Identify skill gaps and organize workshops or training sessions to address them.

Stay updated on product knowledge, sales trends, and industry practices to keep the team informed.

**Reporting and Analysis**:
Track, analyze, and report on team performance and campaign effectiveness.

Provide actionable insights to senior management to refine sales strategies and improve results.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with other teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment on campaigns and processes.

Act as a communication bridge between the team and upper management.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in outbound tele sales or telemarketing, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a sales environment.

Strong coaching, motivational, and leadership skills.
