We are seeking a Front Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Contacting clients to schedule appointments.
- Processing of new business and management of client database.
- Ordering and issuing of uniforms, and maintaining the uniform inventory.
- Liaising with laundromat service providers to ensure its done timeously.
- Assisting Human Resources when required and requested.
- Filing & general administrative duties.

Please note strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel is a prerequisite.
