Job overview

My client in the Maintenance industry is looking for a Store Administrator to join their team in Pinelands.

Responsibilities (Not limited to)
- Planning of orders and stock requirements
- Mange equipment and maintain in good state
- Receiving goods delivered, validating their accuracy against packing/quote, requisition list and unpacking into the store
- Ensure stock always managed and stock levels monitoring
- Participating in periodic stock take
- Maintaining a clean and tide store at all times
- Receiving and documenting all returns including power tools, materials, job cards and ensuring all stock deliveries are on time by following up with suppliers

Knowledge, skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience with strong stores and stock control experience
- Basic computer literacy and proficient in MS Office/Excel
- Process orientated
- Well organised an able to work independently and in a team environment with positive and patient interpersonal skills
- Good experience in customer service
- Matric certificate
- Must be vaccinated
