**About the role**:
Yoco has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level to senior level ERP Technical Support Lead who is keen to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will support and administer the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform including related project activities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Interact with stakeholders, users, and technical resources to support, configure, and maintain the ERP System.
- Assist and support business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilising ERP system capabilities.
- Assist Finance, Inventory or Operations departments in various projects to improve productivity of business processes.
- Continually enhance the ERP user experience across the company by using Miro, Notion, Google Drive, Slack, hands-on training, or knowledge sharing sessions.

**About you**:

- 3 years+ relevant working experience with ERP systems
- Project management experience
- ERP support and implementation experience
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial principles
- Application testing, change and release management.
- Familiar with licence agreements, support agreements and statement of work
