Job Description: As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our grocery store. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, improve customer experience, and drive operational excellence. Your expertise will help us maintain our standards and enhance our store's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and drive sales
- Coordinate inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product displays.
- Train and support staff on best practices and operational standards.
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing labour costs effectively.
- Monitor store cleanliness and organisation to create a welcoming and safe environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the wholesale and retail sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
