Are you someone who can:- Deliver exceptional service through educating the client, offering an appropriate solution and ensuring the relationship is maintained- Advise on and provide support to ensure the effective resolution of customer queries in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Continuously monitor actual process turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance effective client service delivery- Have a relevant NQF 5 qualification (Financial/ Agric)- Have 3 - 4 years’ relevant relationship experience within the financial/banking sector- Have strong proven knowledge and experience in Commercial Credit and Agric- Are not an unrehabilitated insolvent
