**Job Requirements**
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in graphic design, with a proven track record in advertising campaign development and execution. Experience in a recognized ad agency or similar environment working on client accounts is essential.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Creative Skills: Exceptional ability in creative conceptualization and the execution of ad campaigns. A portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and successful advertising projects is required.
- Graphic Design Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in graphic design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to both team members and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively in a creative setting. Ability to thrive in a small agency environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to measure and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns. Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments and report on successes.
- Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
