**_Technical Skills_**

**_ Mentoring and Team Coordination_**

- _Acts as a stand in to replace the Direct Manager, if required_
- _Liaises with stakeholders to ensure that necessary decisions are made about the scope level of coordinated projects_
- _Provides an onboarding training for new coordinators_
- _Assists Direct Manager with the Coordinator recruitment process _
- _Providing Direct Manager with the input regarding Performance reviews_
- _Ensures that technical coordination objectives are tracked and updated_
**_ Facilitate Process Improvement _**
- _Proactively learns products and processes and shares knowledge with team members_
- _Proactive participation in the professional societies, and ensuring the best practices and process improvements are implemented _
- _Investigates, researches and implements new tools and technology that can be applied to the team_
- _Facilitates and implements documentation and communication process improvements_
- _Assists Direct Manager with recommendations to keep the products, tools and processes aligned with the latest market trends and proactively shares product knowledge with other team members_
- _Participates in global process change discussions and supports changes implementation in the team_
**_ Facilitate Project Deployment _**
- _Negotiates deployment dates with external dependencies_
- _Monitors the deployment process and ensure that the project is successfully finished_
- _Ensures all project related documents are reviewed_
**_ Studio Project Management _**
- _Maintain roadmap view of all projects with relevant milestones and progress tracking._
- _Coordinate with Studio department heads for all deliverables and timelines._
- _Submit and audit all artefacts required from the studio for game deliveries and other projects._
- _Communicate upcoming deadlines and requirements._
- _Coordinate with external partners to optimize service development, testing and translations projects._
- _Additional responsibilities as needed. This role will require the agility to reflect and adjust to business needs._
**_ Manage Projects _**
- _Arranges and facilitates project kick off_
- _Updates the relevant Stakeholders on the status of the project as per team standards_
- _Takes appropriate corrective action to ensure that the project schedule and scope are met_
- _Collects project metrics as per team standards and stakeholder requests_
- _Analyzes, prioritizes and escalates operational issues on a daily basis with Direct Manager_
- _Follows up to ensure the resolution of operational issues_
**_ Develop Project Plan and Schedule _**
- _Defines project scope by setting up and participating in the project definition workshops_
- _Ensures that the project constraints and scope are identified, documented, base lined and a agreed by all relevant stakeholders and team members and manages to this scope_
- _Secures a committed project team with the assistance of the Direct Manager_
- _Negotiates and agrees high level participation of relevant resources in the areas affected by project_
- _Develops a project plan in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders and team members effectively showing tasks, milestones and identified resources_
- _Develops a project communication plan_
- _Collates and lists all project risks, issues and dependency reports, in the agreed manner with relevant stakeholders. Ensures a mitigation plan and owner is in place, if required by stakeholders_
- _Keeps track of and maintains all change requests as per team standards ensuring that each change request has an impact analysis attached to enable the stakeholders to make an informed decision as to where to implement or not, with respective approvals_
**_ Manage Stakeholder Relationships_**
- _Keeps records of communication with stakeholders as per team standards_
- _Serves as the first point of contact for internal and external parties_
- _Is responsible for organizing meetings and ensures that meetings are prepared for and ensures that meeting notes are taken_
- Makes sure all relevant information is shared between relevant parties_
A Relevant Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of project coordination experience within a Software &/ IT environment
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Fluent spoken and written English as per team standards
Experience with MS Project and Atlassian tools or equivalent
Presentation and communication skills
Relevant certification / qualification / diploma in Project Management (i.e. CAPM)
Experience working with situations involving different cultures/languages and responding to the ambiguity of unexpected/unfamiliar approaches
Knowledge of gambling domain is preferred
