An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Marketing department at Faithful to Nature.

The Marketing Intern will assists the broader marketing team in the Silvertree Group to ensure the seamless through-the-line implementation of marketing activity across Faithful to Nature, e.g. product launches, marketing promotions, campaigns and activities. The Marketing Intern will also provides administrative & ad hoc support where needed. As the Marketing intern you will work closely with the social media team to provide support across the brand’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn.

**CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the management of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube):

- Community management on social media channels, including proactive community management with audience in the relevant brand tone of voice to drive engagement, and liaising with the customer care team to ensure the satisfactory resolution of customer complaints flagged on social media channels
- Measure performance and ROI by reporting on channel results and performance in a manner that is relevant, meaningful, actionable and understandable
- Contribute social media content ideas
- Support the implementation of all seasonal, product, promotional, brand-building, CSI, etc. campaigns across Faithful to Nature, through close collaboration with and support of the brand team, functional marketing teams and in-house creative studio:

- Work closely with the brand team, functional marketing teams and in-house creative studio, to ensure all activities are implemented on time and within budget
- Brief in, manage and implement smaller projects as needed
- Provide general administrative support across various marketing projects

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed diploma or degree in marketing or advertising
- Basic skills in writing and ability to evaluate concept, copy and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Works well in a team
- Able to perform in a fast pace environment
- Currently unemployed
