**About the Brand/Division**:
The AP Manufacturing division ensures tasks are completed promptly and accurately, in order to avoid the risk of foreign losses, inaccurate payments, trading disruption, and reputational damage. Accurate accounting of transactions and to also make sure the organization is not exposed to financial and audit risks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, settle or escalate all supplier issues, questions and expectations.
- Ensure VAT and other regulations are followed
- Assist with staff training and ensure team competency by supporting the development of any new systems
- Manage the vendor age analysis and adhere to the vendor payment terms
- Encourage precise entry recording in the appropriate GL accounts
- Release/ approve SAP workflow
- Compiling year-end and interim audit information
- Assist with month-end reports and task

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric, with an advanced Diploma or equivalent certification in Finance/Accounting as preferable
- 4 years’ experience in a finance/admin environment
- Have AP & Supervisor experience - essential
- SAP experience - essential
