Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with Buhle’s strategic goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project staff.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation for management and funders.
- Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and donors to strengthen collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring compliance with standards and donor requirements.
- Represent Buhle at meetings, forums, and other relevant platforms.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- A **degree in Project Management** (or equivalent qualification in Business, Development, or Agriculture with a strong project management focus).
- Minimum **3-5 years’ experience** in project management, preferably in the NPO, development, or agricultural sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong financial and budget management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

This position requires regular

Pay: R22 000,00 per month
